How do I create a supplier listing?
After signing in, go to your Dashboard and click "Add a Listing." Fill in your business details, upload images, select your service categories, and submit for review. Our team typically approves listings within 24–48 business hours.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access to paid features until then. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
How does the verification process work?
After submitting your listing, our team reviews your business information, including licenses, certifications, and service details. Once verified, your listing receives a "Verified" badge. Verification typically takes 1–3 business days.
Can I have multiple listings?
Yes! Depending on your subscription plan, you can create multiple listings for different services or locations. Basic plans allow up to 5 listings, while Professional and Enterprise plans offer unlimited listings.
How do I update my business information?
Go to your Dashboard → My Listings and click "Edit" on the listing you want to update. You can also update your personal account information from Dashboard → Account Details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us at info@engentfy.com. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
I'm having trouble signing in with Google or Facebook
Ensure you're using the same email address associated with your Engentfy account. If you created your account with email/password and later try to sign in with Google or Facebook using a different email, it will create a separate account. Contact us if you need help linking your accounts.
How do reviews work?
Any registered user can leave a review on a supplier's profile. Reviews include a star rating (1–5) and a written comment. All reviews must reflect genuine experiences — fake or manipulated reviews violate our Terms of Service.
